    Our sump pump failed during a major spring storm and our basement started flooding. We called Midwestern Mechanical at 2 AM and they had someone here within an hour. They pumped out the water, installed a new high-capacity sump pump, and even added a battery backup system. When the power went out later that week, our basement stayed completely dry. Being employee-owned really shows—they care about protecting our home like it’s their own.
